  • natural sea shells
  • soy wax
  • wicks
  • wick stickers
  • stirring stick

Step 1 - Prep the Shell

Apply the wick stickers to the bottom of the wick tabs and firmly attach the wicks to the centre of the natural sea shells.

Step 2 - Melt the Wax

Half fill a pot with water and bring it to a simmer over medium heat. Add your wax to a heat proof jar and place it into the simmering water to melt the wax. Do not mix the wax with water.

Step 3 - Pour the Wax

Place the sea shell on a stable and heat resistant surface. Use a folded piece of tissue or paper towel to support the base of the shell to prevent it from tipping while pouring the wax in. Alternatively, nestle the sea shells on a smaller cup to keep them stable. Slowly pour the melted wax into the sea shell. Allow the wax to set for a minimum of 3 hours. We recommend allowing the candles to set overnight for best results.
